Welcome to my Blog!!

I am so excited to officially turn my interest into a part-time business! I am a nurse full time, but I have always enjoyed photography. Since my little bundle of joy has arrived I cannot put down my camera. So many times life passes us by in a blink of an eye and we don't have many photos to help us remember the past. I want to help other's capture those moments that really matter!

Currently I am doing on location photography. Since I prefer to use as much natural light as possible I like to schedule all sessions in the evening. The evening light does not create harsh shadowing like during the day.

Dobias Family

My neighbors land has become my favorite place to take pictures. There is such a variety of backgrounds and landscape for pictures. It is the "one-stop shop." :) I work with Jill and she informed me that it had been years since they had a family photograph taken and asked me if I could take one for them. Of course I told her I would be happy too! It was a gorgeous day....warm and a little bit overcast which is perfect for pictures. Jill, you have a great looking family. Powell Family

I was so glad that I was given the opportunity to take photos of this family! I just love taking pictures of families and these 2 kids were exceptionally cute!! Jared and Hannah are both very active and full of energy! During this session there were moments that I would just crack up at some of Jared's funny faces he would make! Hannah is as cute as a button! Towards the end of the session I convinced the kids to let me take a few more pictures and they could take a picture with my camera! They were very excited and the pictures they took turned out great although I didn't post those! :) Heather and Jeremy, you have a beautiful family! I hope you enjoy your photos!
